World Young Achievers Book of Records Application Form

Choose a Record to break or set a New Record. Use your creativity to find out the extraordinary skill in you, be creative, the more extraordinary the accomplishment, the more likely it is to be featured in the World young achievers Book of Records book. Don’t limit yourself to what is already in the book, you may also be featured in the book by being the first person to do something.

INVITE A JUDGE

If you wish to get your record verified on the spot, you can invite a Judge from the Asia Book of Records in your record-breaking/making attempts. It will include some costs, which will be based; on the distance of the record-making location and the duration.

STEP-1

Fill the online Application Form and submit.
– Mention the detailed description of your claim which you are trying to set as a record.
– Mention the tentative date, time and venue of the attempt.
– If you are willing to invite a judge, mention it in the form.

STEP-2

Wait until you receive a reply from the World Young Achievers Book of Records Team.

The team will give you details regarding the submission of evidence.
In case you are interested to invite a judge, the event management team will coordinate with you.
If you wish to break an existing record or set a new record, and want to view the guidelines, you will need to submit an online application first.
Each application for a new record title is reviewed individually by an expert and we are unable to tell you if your record can be accepted by email or phone.

STEP-3

After all the documents are received, World Young Achievers Book of Records Team will process your claim within 7-10 working days. In case of incomplete documentation, the team will contact the applicant via email or call. The process continues until the team is satisfied with the submitted evidence.

STEP-4

World Young Achievers Book of Records Team will let you know the final decision on your registered email ID.

STEP-5

In case your claim is approved, your record confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered mail ID. You are required to check the facts and figures related to your achievement. Kindly e-mail us for any changes/factual errors.

STEP-6

World Young Achievers Book of Records team will then process your Achiever’s Pack order. It will take 2 weeks to dispatch your pack after the confirmation of payment.

• Once you have selected your product, you will reach the payment screen.
• You should then arrange payment via bank transfer to the bank details listed on your invoice
• When arranging payment, you must include your application reference number as the reference on the payment
• Once payment has been received, your application will be passed on for processing. It is important that you include your application reference number on your bank transfer to prevent any delays in your application being processed

What type of facilities will be at your disposal after getting this service

• Advice on the types of records which, can be attempted
• PR support with coverage in National/state print or electronic media. (Facility available without adjudication package also).
• Internal application process
• Certificate on the spot if the record attempt is successful and up to 10 additional certificates
•For creating awareness about your record attempt for up to 3 weeks on leaflets, pamphlets, your website, newspaper. Your record-breaking/making event will be, featured on our website
• Announcement of the successful record by the judge

Rules and Regulations

• To seek our renowned judges, contact us at least 15 days before your attempt.
• Details about the record must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the record attempt.
• WYAB Records Judge will provide an on-the-spot provisional certificate. The final certificate will be dispatched within 15 days of the record attempt.
• The certificate will be issued on-the-spot only if the record-breaking attempt’ is successful.
• In the case of the group, invite a Judge form needs to be filled by the organizer.
• To facilitate the adjudication service, the parent/guardian (in the case of a minor) needs to fill the adjudication service form.
